Blog Post 2: Aerobic Exercises and their Benefits

In this blog post, I will be focusing on aerobic exercises and how they affect the health of the heart. Aerobic exercises are thought to be the most effective for maintaining heart health, and that’s because they probably are. For example, running is incredible for heart health, as is jogging and swimming, due to those specific exercise methods keeping the heart pumping blood, and in result, increasing the strength of the heart. The heart is trained like all other muscles, as it is a muscle, so high reps and consistency help strengthen the heart and its health. Stretching also improves heart health, as it greatly boosts the potential use of the arteries in your body by expanding them, making the blood pump easier and more efficiently. Finally, I will be talking about how overall strength and muscle training improves heart health. The strength training does its job of burning excess fat, along with improving the amount of energy that can be used. These two things allow for more efficient blood flow, improving the strength and health of the heart. In conclusion, aerobic exercises are an excellent way to improve your heart health, and they should be done by everyone.
